Nicknamed "Goldy", Andrew Goldan is back in The U after making one start on the mound for us last summer before suffering an injury. Calling the 2024 season his "revenge tour" after sitting out this spring to recover from his aforementioned injury.

A three-time All-Super Essex Conference pitcher, Anzaldi posted an ERA under 1 in both his junior and senior seasons at Montclair High School. In his freshman year at NJIT, he's seen plenty of action on the mound already, making four starts and nine appearances overall.

6'4" freshman southpaw from Natick, Mass. After struggling in his first two collegiate outings in March, Collins has settled in as he's allowed just one earned run over his last eight innings pitched in April and May.

Transferred to Lafayette this year from Southern Arkansas, where he redshirted the 2023 season. Also familiar with playing summer ball in Upstate New York as he pitched for the Syracuse Salt Cats in the NYCBL last summer.

Rodriguez has played in multiple MLB showcases in the Dominican Republic. In his spare time, he enjoys playing video games and spending time with his family.

Expected to be one of our top bullpen arms this summer, Enright had an exceptional freshman year, throwing 31.2 innings over 18 games while collecting a team-high three saves to the tune of a 2.56 ERA.

"Papito" is back in blue! Canales was the starting pitcher for our season opener back in 2021 and quickly became a fan favorite along with former Coppin State teammate Eddie Javier, Jr. Made six appearances (three as a starter, three out of the bullpen) for the team that captured the PGCBL Central Division title.

Giangreco emerged as our closer last summer, picking up three saves to the tune of a 3.60 ERA and 18 strikeouts to just 6 walks in 15 innings pitched. Struck out at least two hitters in 7 of his 8 outings for the 2023 Blue Sox.

After playing his first two years of college ball at Coppin State, Luke Baker has found a home at Spring Hill College this year, finishing his 2024 campaign with a 3.72 ERA over 9.2 innings.

One of the tallest pitchers on our staff, this 6'5" righty racked up 14 strikeouts in just 11.2 innings at Saint Rose this spring. Botelho is also familiar with playing summer ball here in Central New York as he pitched for the Sherrill Silversmiths last year.

A two-sport athlete in high school playing both football and baseball, Hios was a key contributor at Fairfield Warde High School and was named the Founders League Pitcher of the Year as a senior.

Murphy was selected to the All-Region first team in Region XV this season as he logged a team-high 48.2 innings pitched across 10 appearances. Although he posted a 4.62 overall ERA, his home ERA was a miniscule 0.64 in 28 innings.

Looking to follow in the footsteps of Marcus Kruzan from last year's team as another high school senior heading to St. Thomas, Ritter helped lead Rogers High School to three conference championships in the last four years.

Ryan Carroll has the distinction of being the tallest player on your Utica Blue Sox this season at 6'7". Carroll is a freshman at Felician, where he is an accounting major. Prior to Felician, he pitched for Long Island Elite Baseball throughout high school.

Possessing a 90+ mph fastball, King redshirted his freshman year this spring at Grand Valley State, who will be playing in the NCAA Division II tournament beginning on 5/16.

Another local returner for the Blue Sox this summer, Tom Roefaro tossed 27 innings for us last year, compiling an even 4.00 ERA and 31 strikeouts, trailing only Avery Cook for the team-high. Earned the win in the 2023 season opener at Mohawk Valley, throwing 4 innings in relief with six strikeouts.
