Several Blue Sox’ players had an impressive weekend.

Josh Hatcher had five hits in a series against Florida. He has now started the last five games for Mississippi State. Ryan Enos totaled six hits and four RBIs in his first three conference games of the season.

Tyler Simon played his best baseball so far this season this weekend in a series against UMass. Simon had five hits, three runs and three RBIs.

Derek Becker played solid vs. George Washington. He tallied four hits (three doubles), two runs and four RBIs.

Making the report once again is Malik Spratling. Spratling only had 1 game this weekend but he made sure it was a good one. Malik went 3 for 4 with two doubles, one home run (his fifth of the year) and two RBIs.

Danny Garcia started his second game of the season Sunday against Felician. He had a respectable stat line: 6 1/3 innings pitched, six hits, gave up two earned runs while striking out six.
