The Utica Blue Sox have added Dominick Pfisterer to their intern team for the 2019 season. Pfisterer will work in the communications department, focusing on marketing and public relations for the Blue Sox.
“I’m really excited to be in Utica this summer and work for the Blue Sox,” Pfisterer said. “Growing up, baseball has always been a part of my life, from playing to going to games to watch my dad coach. This is a great opportunity for me, and I’m very thankful that the Blue Sox organization is welcoming me on board.”
Pfisterer graduated from New Hartford in 2016, and currently attends Ithaca College where he is set to graduate in may of 2020 with a degree in Sports Media. He originally played football at Colgate University for two years at running back and wide receiver before transferring over to Ithaca College and playing quarterback. He participated in All-Pro Nation as a contributing member on podcasts in addition to writing articles.
