UTICA, NY–The Utica Blue Sox have announced the signing of Derek Langfelder, a pitcher from Bergen Community College. 

Langfelder describes himself as a late-bloomer and is learning more about himself and his game as his career progresses. After hitting a growth spurt after high school he hopes to keep increasing his velocity. 

This summer the pitcher looks to start attack hitters and be more aggressive on the mound.
