UTICA, N.Y. – The Utica Blue Sox announced Saturday the signing of Clark Burroughs, a
Redshirt Sophomore from Limestone University. Burroughs is a catcher from Swan Point,
Maryland.

Burroughs is currently studying business administration at Limestone University.
After redshirting last season he now plays a huge roll behind the plate for the
Saints.

Burroughs attended DeMatha High School, playing four years with the varsity
program. In that time he was named to the 2019 Perfect Game Preseason All-Atlantic
Region Second Team. He decided to sign with the Blue Sox because of the high competition level the PGCBL
has to offer. He said this opportunity will give him the chance to grow and improve as a
baseball player.
